CAPER
After the end of each program year (June 30th), the City of Battle Creek is required to report the accomplishments of the CDBG and HOME programs to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in a document called the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is open to public comment when it is draft form. Notice of the public comment period and public hearing will appear here when it is open.
