**Due to COVID-19 and the governor's executive orders, this meeting will take place remotely, via Zoom.** To give **public comment** at the appropriate times during the meeting, call 312-626-6799 by phone. You will be prompted to enter the meeting ID 944-5176-3547, and will be placed in a virtual waiting room until it is your turn. You may also email a public comment to be read at the meeting to Planning Manager Christine Zuzga at cmzuzga@battlecreekmi.gov, or place written comments in the blue payment drop box in the City Hall parking lot, addressed to the HDC, by noon on Aug. 10. You can watch the entire meeting live on the city's Facebook page, facebook.com/cerealcitymichigan. Comments on the live-stream will not be read into the meeting record -- please use the call-in information above to make official public comment. We will share any Facebook comments with the board and city staff after the meeting.
