BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A city contractor will be milling both Convis Street and Sanderson Street Thursday, Sept. 15, as part of preparation for future paving projects.

The milling projects will specifically affect:

  • Thursday, Sept. 15: Convis Street in its entirety, from E Emmett Street to Capital Avenue NE
  • Thursday, Sept. 15: Sanderson Street in its entirety, from E Emmett Street to Capital Avenue NE

Work hours on the milling projects will be from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. During work hours, both streets will remain open to traffic and neighbors will have access to their driveways.

Neighbors living along Convis Street and Sanderson Street are asked to NOT park on the street Thursday, Sept. 15, in order to allow the milling projects to proceed.

We appreciate everyone’s patience during all work on our city’s infrastructure.
