Mattress Bags again available
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — In solid waste news, the city again has plastic bags available for wrapping mattresses.
Neighbors can stop in Room 117 at City Hall, 10 N. Division, during regular business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday; or the Department of Public Works, 150 S. Kendall, from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. The only requirements are to supply your name and address for record-keeping purposes.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation when disposing of unwanted items. Proper disposal is essential for the health and safety of all residents, waste haulers, and the environment.
