National Crime Victims’ Rights Week informational event

This week, April 23-29, is National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. The theme for the week is Survivor Voices: Elevate. Engage. Effect Change. The national awareness campaign calls on communities “to amplify the voices of survivors and create environments where survivors have the confidence that they will be heard, believed, and supported.”

Anyone who stops in at these events can meet victim advocates from different agencies in Calhoun County (including the Battle Creek Police Department), ask questions, and receive information about crime victim rights.
