UPDATE: The soil boring collections and resulting lane shifts scheduled for today, Thursday, Feb. 16, along both E. Michigan Avenue and Elm Street have been DELAYED to a future date.
This is due to the need to have a lane closure and detour (v. lane shift) configured, approved, and in place in both of these areas, per the CN Railroad company.

The soil boring collection and lane closure/detour scheduled for today, Thursday, Feb. 16, along S. Kendall Street is STILL ON SCHEDULE.
