The city’s administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 28, in observance of Memorial Day.
Battle Creek Transit bus and van services will not run on Memorial Day, resuming regular weekday schedules on Tuesday, May 29.
Please note that Waste Management, the city’s trash and recycling hauler, also is closed on Monday. This will result in a one-day service delay the rest of next week.
This is opening weekend for Flash Flood Water Park at Full Blast, 35 Hamblin Ave. Full Blast is open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, and is closed Monday. Water park hours this weekend are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Monday, and noon-6 p.m. Sunday.
Beginning next week and through Labor Day, regular summer Full Blast building hours begin: 6:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.
