Battle Creek 311 is the city's central main line number service that assists with your non-emergency city questions, placing service requests, assists with bill payments, and will connect you with the department or person you need.
Many city department phone numbers now forward to this main line where one of our department city employees will answer your call.
Calls outside of normal hours will be answered by the individual departments. Please leave a voicemail if you would like to be contacted early the next day.

The city has a new app to help with submitting service requests and accessing important links. We will have a slow roll out of service request types available to report starting with missed or damaged garbage and recycling. More service request types will be added periodically. The app also includes links to the city website, parks information, plow tracking map, along with a link to call 311. Please find the links to the app downloads below.
