Blue graphic promoting Beckley Road vision session on April 25.

Join us for an opportunity to engage in discussions, connect with fellow community members and leaders, and provide insights for the project! This session is open to all community members, including residents, business owners, students, and stakeholders interested in shaping the future of our community. We hope to see you there!

The session is Thursday, April 25 from 5-7 p.m. at the Lakeview Square Mall. The session will be in the central atrium area in the middle of the mall. The closest mall entrance to this is around the back, on the I-94 side of the mall.

For more information, please email Eric Kehoe at ekehoe@weareprogressive.com.

We are working with consultant Progressive AE to rethink what the Beckley corridor could look like with future redevelopment, to increase the economic vitality and attractiveness of this aging part of the city. This work will incorporate housing opportunities, day and night uses, and better mobility for cars, pedestrians, and public transit, while enhancing the area’s natural environment.

There are no plans for immediate projects following this assessment, but it is a needed step to help guide future opportunities.

Throughout the process, you can give your feedback anytime about Beckley Road and what you'd like to see in the corridor.
