BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Crews in Battle Creek are replacing the traffic controller cabinet at the intersection of Capital Avenue and Minges Road on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
The work requires the traffic signals to be turned off, and the intersection will operate as a four-way stop while the upgrades are underway. Work is expected to begin at 9 a.m. and be finished by 5 p.m.
