[ARCHIVED] Police investigate mural vandalism report

Battle Creek Police are investigating, and seeking tips about, the reported vandalism to the Black Lives Matter murals on the wall at 90 Riverside Drive, the former Village Inn Apartments.

The incident was reported to police at around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The property owner reported that it appeared someone painted over parts of the murals with white paint, covering some of the images.
