Lane Closure on Columbia Avenue W. tomorrow

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Tomorrow, Oct. 30, city crews will repair a sinkhole by an inlet on Columbia Avenue West causing a lane closure.

During this work, a short section of the eastbound lane of Columbia Avenue West, just east of Helmer Road, will be closed.  The work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.  

The work should be complete by 3 p.m. tomorrow, weather permitting. 

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and obey construction signs.

Thank you for your patience during this construction.
