Other information: Car 3, Engine 2, Rescue 3, Rescue 4, Engine 5, Truck 6, Squad 2, and Squad 6 were dispatched to a single-family dwelling structure fire. Engine 5 was the first unit to arrive on scene, to find thick, black smoke coming from the rear of the structure. Engine 5 fire crew pulled an attack hose line, made an interior attack, and quickly extinguished the fire, while another unit performed a search for victims. Nobody was found. Fire units then performed overhaul and checked for extension. The fire is now under investigation by the Fire Marshal. No firefighters or civilians were injured.
