[ARCHIVED] Hamblin/Michigan intersection to close briefly Feb. 18

Battle Creek Police will close the intersection of Hamblin Avenue and Michigan Avenue briefly, starting at 9 a.m. Thursday morning, Feb. 18.

The closure is expected to last only about five minutes. AT&T staff will attempt to locate an underground wire problem via the manhole in the middle of the intersection.

Drivers can use Main, Mary, and Elm Streets to detour around the intersection; or Division Street and the entrance north of the Battle Creek Police Department, to access the Justice Center parking.

We appreciate everyone's patience during this closure.
