City contractors will begin removing trees along I-94 on Monday, March 21, in preparation for a future project.
The tree removal will take place on I-94 at Helmer Road – Exit 95. Work will be ongoing from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Removal is expected to be complete by Thursday, March 31, weather permitting.
The shoulders along the eastbound off ramp and the westbound on ramp will be closed. Vehicular traffic in the areas should be aware of construction activity, and follow posted signs and flagger instructions. Please plan for intermittent traffic disruptions.
