City contractors will be working to improve the Amtrak Station at 119 McCamly Ave., beginning Monday, May 9.

In addition to the Amtrak Station, crews will also be working on the parking lot across the street at 120 McCamly Ave.

Please be aware that some parking spaces may be closed during this construction. Work will be going on from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and should conclude by June 30, 2022, weather permitting.

Also beginning Monday, May 9, will be an asphalt repair on Main St., between Lyda St. and Alden Ave. There will be a lane shift in place. Vehicular traffic in the area should be aware of construction activity and follow posted signs.

This work will conclude on Tuesday, May 10, weather permitting.

We appreciate everyone’s patience during this and all work.
