The city’s annual water quality report – using data collected in 2015 – is now available for viewing.

Water customers may request that a paper copy be delivered to them by calling the Water Meter Shop at 269-966-3506 or Utility Billing at 269-966-3366.
This annual report contains important information about the source and quality of our drinking water. The document explains where the Battle Creek area’s water comes from, gives information related to various water issues, including lead in home plumbing and water main flushing, and outlines and explains the water sampling results from last year.
This document, also known as a consumer confidence report, is required by the Environmental Protection Agency for public water suppliers that serve the same people year round.
