[ARCHIVED] Police find missing Urbandale man has died

UPDATE 12:45 a.m. 7/22 - 

Earlier tonight police located missing Urbandale man, 73-year-old Stephen Steele Winslow, and he had died.
Police found him still in Urbandale, near the Linear Park path, west of Bedford Road. His truck was found in the same area.
Police have notified Mr. Winslow's family, and continue to investigate. They have no further information tonight.


Battle Creek Police are looking for a missing man – 73-year-old Stephen Steele Winslow.

Winslow’s family is concerned for his health, and his need for medication he does not have with him.

He is 6’ tall and 195 pounds, with white hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue polo-style shirt with horizontal stripes, and blue jeans.

Winslow left his home – on Allene Avenue in Urbandale – at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, and should be driving a silver 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck with Michigan license plate DPE 3324. The truck has a Fox Racing sticker on the rear window, rust on the driver-side rear bumper, and a dent on the passenger-side rear bumper.
