[ARCHIVED] Storm Sewer Main Repair 8-29-22 to 9-1-22

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — City sewer crews will repair a storm sewer main next week, resulting in a road closure during work on the project:

  • Monday, Aug. 29 to Thursday, Sept. 1 – Battle Creek Avenue will be closed from near to 218 Battle Creek Ave. to Meachem Avenue

Work hours will be 7 a.m.-4 p.m. all four days and paving crews will follow to repair the roads after sewer crews complete the storm main repairs.

During this time, no emergency vehicles will be permitted through the road closure area.

We appreciate everyone’s patience during all work on our city’s infrastructure.
