As we approach the holidays and celebrations of December, the City of Battle Creek announces the following service changes and office closures:
- Thursday, Dec. 15 – City Hall will be closed the entire day for staff training, and a holiday gathering. We are open regular hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. the rest of the week.
- Friday, Dec. 23 – Christmas Eve observed – All city administrative offices are closed. Battle Creek Transit services operate regular hours. Republic Services makes the usual waste pickups for Friday customers. Full Blast Recreation Center is open.
- Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 24-25 – Full Blast Recreation Center is closed.
- Monday, Dec. 26 – Christmas Day observed – All city administrative offices are closed. Battle Creek Transit services operate regular hours. Republic Services makes the usual waste pickups for Monday customers. Full Blast Recreation Center is open.
- Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 31-Jan. 1 – Full Blast Recreation Center is closed.
- Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 – New Year’s Day observed - All city administrative offices are closed. Battle Creek Transit services operate regular hours. Republic Services makes the usual waste pickups for Monday customers. Full Blast Recreation Center is open.
