Battle Creek Police plan to submit charges against one Battle Creek man after a drug raid today on Oak Street in the city.
At 11:30 a.m. the BCPD Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant on an Oak Street house, with assistance from BCPD Highway Hotel Interdiction Team, Gang Unit, and Special Investigations Unit.
During the search of the home, police found what they suspect to be fentanyl, as well as a large amount of cash.
Police did not arrest anyone at the scene. They expect in the near future to submit charges of felony drug possession with intent to deliver.
