[ARCHIVED] Utility e-billing notifications now available

Utility Billing web page

For those who want a little less paper in their mailboxes, the City of Battle Creek now offers e-billing for our utility bills.

For customers’ convenience, they can sign up to receive an email notification each month when their city utility bill – water, sewer and trash/recycling – is available to view online.

Customers will need the account number and name from their bill to enroll, and can visit the Utility Billing page on our website, www.battlecreekmi.gov or navigate directly to https://esuite.battlecreekmi.gov/esuite.utilities. Upon enrollment, customers will receive an email containing a link to confirm, taking them back to the log-in page.

Those who sign up for e-billing can still receive a paper bill if they choose, can still pay their utility bill in person at City Hall and can un-enroll from the service at any time.

Once logged into their utility account online, customers can also view their account summary, water consumption and payment history. They also can pay their utility bill online with a credit or debit card.

The city is pleased to offer e-billing and online payment, and welcome any question to PublicInput@battlecreekmi.gov.
