Check out the draft plan at the link, and provide your feedback in one of these ways:

- Write and drop off or give feedback in person at Full Blast, 35 Hamblin Ave.
- Attend one of two informal open houses - Thursday, Nov. 2 or Monday, Nov. 13 - noon-1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. both days
Paper copies of the plan are available at Full Blast; the City Manager's Office, 10 N. Division St.; and Willard Library, 7 W. Van Buren St.
