BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Northbound Kendall Street South will be temporarily closed, from Grand Trunk Avenue to Lafayette Avenue, from 2-6 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22, due to the City of Battle Creek's electronics recycling collection event being held at the DPW, 150 Kendall St. S.
This temporary road closure along Kendall Street South will help ensure the safety of our event volunteers, as well as neighbors entering and exiting the recycling collection event.
Neighbors are encouraged to use the following recommended detour route when traveling northbound on Kendall Street South: Turn left on Grand Trunk Avenue, turn right on Angell Street, turn right on Lafayette Avenue, and then turn left on Kendall Street South to resume northbound.
