[ARCHIVED] Battle Creek Police arrest suspects in Dec. 30 marijuana dispensary break-in

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Battle Creek Police have identified and arrested four suspects in connection with a break-in at a local marijuana dispensary in December 2024. 

The department’s Gang Suppression Unit launched an investigation following the Dec. 30 break-in at Potter's Cannabis Boutique, located at 2825 Capital Ave. SW. With support from the Battle Creek Emergency Response TeamCommunity Oriented Policing Services (COPS) division, and Michigan Department of Corrections Probation, they executed a search warrant on Wednesday, Jan 15. 

Through the investigation, a large amount of stolen marijuana was recovered and evidence related to the crime was seized. 

The suspects, three juveniles and one 18-year-old man, all residents of Battle Creek, are pending charges in the Calhoun County court system.
