BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Battle Creek Police have identified and arrested four suspects in connection with a break-in at a local marijuana dispensary in December 2024.
The department’s Gang Suppression Unit launched an investigation following the Dec. 30 break-in at Potter's Cannabis Boutique, located at 2825 Capital Ave. SW. With support from the Battle Creek Emergency Response Team, Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) division, and Michigan Department of Corrections Probation, they executed a search warrant on Wednesday, Jan 15.
Through the investigation, a large amount of stolen marijuana was recovered and evidence related to the crime was seized.
The suspects, three juveniles and one 18-year-old man, all residents of Battle Creek, are pending charges in the Calhoun County court system.
