[ARCHIVED] All invited to trick or treat downtown this Saturday

Downtown Battle Creek will welcome all ghosts, goblins and witches to a trick-or-treating event this Saturday, Oct. 29.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., collect treats from many of our Michigan Avenue and other merchants.

Those participating can pick up a map of business participants, a bag and candy at the first stop – Festival Market Square, at the corner of McCamly and Jackson streets. Stop by the Farmers Market while at the square, open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This event is sponsored by the Cereal City Development Corp., City of Battle Creek Parks & Recreation, the Downtown Development Authority, and downtown merchants. The agencies will hand out the candy at Festival Market Square.
