[ARCHIVED] Web forms available to request recognition from the mayor

Fire Prevention Week proclamation 2018

The City of Battle Creek’s mayor is pleased to recognize individuals and groups in the community for their contributions and accomplishments.

Requests for this recognition often are in the form of proclamations, birthday greetings, certificates of recognition, and welcome letters. These are presented at City Commission meetings each month, and at special events in the community.

Forms to request recognition for these and other reasons now are available on the city’s website, making it easy to submit a request.

Visit battlecreekmi.gov/requestrecognition and choose the appropriate form. Please provide the information requested, and upload files with additional information, if needed. Proclamations from this year also appear on this web page.

The forms are submitted to the City Manager’s Office, which works with the mayor – currently Mark Behnke – to review requests. Contact the office with questions at 269-966-3378.
