Water lead service replacement on Elizabeth St. this morning
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Crews will be replacing a water lead service line on Elizabeth St., between Emmett St. E. and St. Joseph Ln., resulting in a temporary water outage and a road closure.
During this work, Elizabeth St., between Emmett St. E. and St. Joseph Ln., will be closed until approximately 4 p.m. today. Emergency vehicles will not have access.
City neighbors in this area should be prepared to be without water and for potential boil water advisories when service returns. Additional information will be made available to the media, and through the city’s website and social media, should it become necessary.
