City Commission regular meetings

• First and third Tuesdays of each month (unless otherwise noted)
• 7 p.m.
• City Commission Chambers, Room 301 (on the third floor), at City Hall, 10 N. Division St., Battle Creek, MI 49014
  • Regular meetings are held in person. There are occasions that workshops can be held virtually, so please watch for individual public notices for those.
  • Meetings and workshops are livestreamed on the City of Battle Creek, Michigan YouTube channel. Previous livestreams of meetings and workshops can be watched there, too.
  • AccessVision broadcasts our City Commission meetings live on Channel 17 and 917 on Comcast, and on Channel 100 on AT&T U-verse. They also stream to the Live 17 tab of their website.
  • Public comment: There are at least two opportunities to give public comment during regular meetings, about the items on the agenda and any general comments about city business. To make official public comment, you must be in person or you can also email the City Clerk's office at, CityClerk@battlecreekmi.gov. Emailed comments will be shared with the City Commission, but will not be read aloud at the meeting or workshop.

The City of Battle Creek will provide the necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered in the meeting upon seven days notice to the City of Battle Creek. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Battle Creek by writing or calling Victoria L. Houser, City Clerk.
