If you’ve had a positive interaction with one of our officers or staff members, we would appreciate hearing about it. Commendations help us recognize great work and celebrate the ways our team supports our neighbors. Your feedback is shared with department leadership and the employee’s supervisor, and it becomes part of their personnel record.
You can submit a commendation online, by phone or in person. Please include as much detail as you can, such as the employee’s name (if known), the date or location of the interaction and a brief description of what made the experience meaningful. Every commendation is reviewed and appreciated.
If you would like to commend an officer or staff member, please complete the Commendation Form. Your comments will be reviewed by the Chief of Police and the employee’s supervisor. Verbal commendations may also be shared with any police department supervisor.
